This privacy policy applies to the website, the project websites associated with Austrian Alpine Chalets GmbH and its internal operations. Among other things, it contains information about the personal data we collect and the way in which we use and process these data.


Security measures

We have implemented technical and organisational measures to receive secure processing of your personal data. These measures correspond to the nature of the personal data and are proportionate to the seriousness of the potential risk. Unfortunately, not every risk can be completely avoided. If Austrian Alpine Chalets GmbH’s IT systems are accessed illegally, we will immediately implement all possible measures to minimise data corruption and/or theft.



This privacy policy applies to all visitors to our website, persons who have subscribed to our newsletter, requested a brochure or filled in our online contact form,as well as our staff, suppliers and customers. This privacy policy also applies when you come into contact with our services for the purpose of prospecting, or when you visit our office.

Austrian Alpine Chalets is therefore the controller and determines which personal data is collected, as well as the purposes and means of collection.



If we use subcontractors to process data, this will always be done for the purposes covered by this privacy policy. In addition, we will always give clear instructions concerning the processing and stipulate via a processing agreement that the processing must be done in accordance with this privacy policy.
